Hello, and welcome to Yolanda Denise & Co. I’m Yolanda, a certified Focus and Breakthrough Life Coach, here to help high-performing women, like you, heal, rediscover themselves, and reclaim their power after the devastating effects of narcissistic abuse, rejection, and emotional trauma.

My Journey and Mission

​

I know firsthand the pain of narcissistic abuse. As a single mother who survived narcissistic abuse and faced the crushing weight of self-doubt, shame, and emotional exhaustion, I understand the invisible battles you fight every day.

​

There was a time when I felt trapped in a cycle of brokenness—navigating a world of fear, isolation, and limiting beliefs about my worth and relationships. But through resilience and determination, I rebuilt my life. My mission is to help other women do the same, guiding them toward freedom, peace, and the strength to walk away from any relationship that doesn’t honor or value their worth.

Why I Do This

​

Too many high-achieving women live with emotional scars, hiding the pain of narcissistic abuse behind polished exteriors. They feel disconnected, afraid of rejection, and trapped in self-doubt. Often, they’ve given up on the vibrant, ambitious selves they used to be.

I do this because I’ve been there. I know how it feels to lose yourself and question whether you’re worthy of love, respect, or happiness. My goal is to help you break free from those chains, rediscover your confidence, and rebuild a life that truly honors who you are.

Fixing My Crown

​

My turning point came when I made the decision to Fix My Crown. This wasn’t just a slogan—it was a radical shift in how I treated myself.

I stepped away from the daily trauma and toxic cycles, challenged the belief that I was unworthy, and confronted the shame and self-sabotage that had taken root in my life. I learned to set strong boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and prioritize my peace. I reclaimed my power and made a commitment to honor myself every step of the way.

Now, I use the lessons from my journey to guide women like you through their own transformation.
